Over more than forty years, he has created spaces where people come together to eat, celebrate, and connect. In 2015, he opened his first Santorini-inspired location in Miami Beach as a tribute to the Greek islands. Today, that vision continues on the Fort Lauderdale waterfront, where vibrant energy meets warm, authentic Greek hospitality.
